Eligibility Criteria

Students seeking admission to First year of Bachelor’s degree course in Architecture must fulfill the eligibility criteria laid down by Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Technological University / Govt. of Maharashtra / DTE/ Council of Architecture as applicable from time to time.

“(1) No Candidate shall be admitted to architecture course unless she/he has passed an examination at the end of the 10+2 scheme of examination with Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics subjects or passed 10+3 Diploma Examination with Mathematics as compulsory subject.”

“(2) The candidate needs to qualify an aptitude test in architecture conducted either by NTA (i.e. JEE) or NATA Conducted by the Council of Architecture.”

Fee Structure & Intake

It is mandatory for students to pay their fees as applicable to them for the academic year as per the rules of "Shikshan Shulka Samiti".

Transport Charges (Annual): Charges are Rs.6,000 to 30,000/- depending on the route and distance from campus
Hostel and Mess Charges (Per Academic Year)*: Hostel and Mess Fees: 75,000/-,    Hostel Deposit: 1,000/-
(Note*: Mess fees included in hostel, of breakfast, lunch, evening snacks, dinner)
