Bio Gas Plant

Kitchen waste is the best alternative for Biogas Production. It is produced when bacteria degrade organic matter in the absence of air. Biogas contains around 55-65% of Methane, 30-40% carbon dioxide. In this way we utilize all kitchen and food waste for generation of biogas in our MMIED Campus.

The details of biogas plant are as follow:

• 5000 liter capacity storage tank.
• 3000 lit Awing Balloon for gas storage.
• Food Waste Crusher for crushing food waste into slurry
